【好展會網(wǎng)  藥品保健品專題】 <p> <table height="179" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="98%" align="center" border="0"> &nbsp; &nbsp; <tbody> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <td id="zoo" align="left" colspan="4"> 在第五屆博覽會召開之際，五博會組委會的成員都在為博覽會的召開而緊張的忙碌著。為引起各工作組對博覽會的高度重視，在國家計生委藥具發(fā)展中心一樓大廳用電視屏幕設(shè)立了博覽會開幕的倒計時牌。博覽會工作組由綜合組、招展組、工程組、國際組、宣傳組、保障組、安全保衛(wèi)組、財務(wù)組、資質(zhì)評估組和評估評獎組組成。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 綜合組繼續(xù)加強(qiáng)與招商組協(xié)調(diào)，抓緊《會刊》信息的采集和會刊廣告的招展工作，在7月25日前完成定稿工作；同時協(xié)助做好論壇的各項籌備工作。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 招展組在繼續(xù)招商的同時，重點做好展位的劃分工作，向組委會提交各展館展位平面圖，做好參展單位名稱的中英文收集整理工作；同時協(xié)助向各工作組提供相關(guān)材料。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 工程組提交開幕式現(xiàn)場和晚宴會場設(shè)計方案；提出門票、手提袋、引導(dǎo)牌等設(shè)計初樣，并完成定稿提交保障組印制。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 國際組加強(qiáng)與國家計生委國際合作司的聯(lián)系，做好外賓聯(lián)系接待工作和相關(guān)材料的翻譯等工作。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 宣傳組加強(qiáng)與中國人口網(wǎng)、中國人口報等單位的溝通，于博覽會開幕前發(fā)布博覽會相關(guān)消息/報道。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 保障組即要做好房間保障等相關(guān)服務(wù)保障工作，確定參展企業(yè)住宿房間和晚宴現(xiàn)場；編印好《博覽會工作人員通訊錄手冊》；并加強(qiáng)和各?。▍^(qū)、市）人口計生委辦公室的聯(lián)系，提出開幕式和其他參觀門票的分發(fā)數(shù)量方案報批，完成門票郵寄工作；提出涉及各?。▍^(qū)、市）隊列引導(dǎo)牌、現(xiàn)場貴賓接待、剪彩形式、禮儀小姐人數(shù)、禮炮燃放等關(guān)鍵細(xì)節(jié)的開幕式初步方案報批，并要逐項明確落實。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 安全保衛(wèi)組則要加強(qiáng)同北展安保消防等方面的聯(lián)絡(luò)溝通，完成博覽會前期各項安全、消防等申報工作，提出開幕式和展會期間的安全保衛(wèi)消防等工作預(yù)案報批，確保展會安全。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 財務(wù)組即協(xié)助招展組，繼續(xù)做好展位費的收繳工作，及時開具發(fā)票，匯總相關(guān)財務(wù)信息按時上報。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 資質(zhì)評估組要著手考慮各參展企業(yè)的資質(zhì)審評工作，7月20日前完成全部參展企業(yè)的資格審查。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 評估評獎組則要著手啟動相關(guān)工作，7月20日前完成相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 五博會工作組各組分工明確、任務(wù)細(xì)致，工作組的每一位成員都在盡心盡力的為開好中國人口60年成就展暨第五屆生殖健康技術(shù)產(chǎn)品博覽會不斷努力著，相信在大家的不懈努力下，我們能夠舉辦出一屆更為出色、更吸引世人眼球的生殖健康的盛會。<br /> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </td> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <td colspan="4" height="11"></td> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; </tr> &nbsp; &nbsp; </tbody> </table> </p>
